Trem-Y-Fro translates to ‘Glance of the Vale’, with our elevated position you have stunning views out across the Vale towards the Severn Estuary. We are surrounded by Local and City attractions just minutes away including the 226 acre Hensol Woods just a 5minute walk away.

Our Lily Pond camping areas are enclosed, shaded and grassy whilst our premium Glamping pitches, sit atop of our hill and lands and look out South for miles and miles.

All of our camping areas are grassy, shaded and face our natural spring-fed Lily Pond. Glamping Pitches have raised soft wood chip areas to give you maximum comfort both underfoot and inside your Glamping Bell Tent. We have five unique rustic Glamping Pitches, including a vintage Airstream, each with their own special features.

Yes. Pets are welcome. However all pets must be kept on a Lead at All times. You may tether your Dog to allow semi-free ‘roaming’. A Tethering Pole is provided on each pitch. Your pet’s waste must be bagged and disposed of in one of the Red Dog Waste bins sited near to the pitches.

Yes. We encourage safe campfires and provide each pitch with its own outdoor fire bowl. You should either bring your own firewood or purchase our kiln dried firewood which is excellent for starting a fire. You must NOT cut branches or damage any tree or hedgerow to foredge for wood from Trem-Y-Fro. Firstly this detroys our property and secondly newly reclainmed wood is wet and will NOT burn effectively.

This is the same for our Wood Burning Stoves. Dry, seasoned Wood Chip burns well and we can provide you with a weekends supply for a nominal fee. Please select at Booking Checkout.

Glamping Trem-Y-Fro is a working family homestead and Livery, so to ensure animals are kept safe and not spooked, Drones can not be flown in the grounds.
